INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy sessions are provided in-office. We utilize child-focused evidence-based practices to target patient goals as determined by an evaluation. We focus on functional skills that are important to the patient and family in order to maximize independence in everyday life.
EDUCATIONAL ADVOCACY
Educational advocacy focuses on supporting families, caregivers, and patients with Special Education rights and determining appropriate supports within the school setting. This may include review of educational records and evaluations, observations, IEP and 504 meeting attendance, and/or parent coaching.
INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS (IEEs)
IEEs are conducted to further evaluate and determine the necessary supports for the school setting.
EVALUATIONS
Comprehensive evaluations include patient case history, standardized assessment, and dynamic assessment to determine patient’s communication skills and areas of need. Evaluations address the areas of receptive and expressive language, speech sound production, fluency, social communication, feeding, swallowing, and voice. Our evaluation process includes a written report along with a 15-minute phone follow-up consultation to review results and recommendations.

Payment
We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and Tricare. We are considered Out of Network for most other major insurance companies. We are happy to support you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance, billing as an out of network provider, or attempting to obtain an out of network exception to use your in network benefits. Self-pay services are also available.
